01/05/26 – Day One: Capturing What's Passing Through the Channel

In this first recording, I let myself begin without a script. I talk about my lifelong desire to document my life and why traditional content systems have never worked for me. I explore non-linear thinking, neurodivergence, and the shame that comes from trying to force myself into neurotypical structures. I share how voice recording, AI, and a tagging and threading system have become tools for making sense of what’s passing through me. I also reflect on a real-time nervous system challenge, waking up to noise after being promised silence, and how I regulated instead of spiralling. This episode introduces the core themes of this project: presence, discernment, non-linear meaning-making, and building systems that actually work for neurodivergent minds.
